We are incredibly proud to be considered a first choice venue to meet family, friends and colleagues for Coffee, Cocktails, Tea, Lunch and Dinner in the magnificent and memorable surrounds of The Dome. Our food is a celebration of simple and traditional Scottish favourites, embracing local produce from our rolling Scottish landscapes and bounteous shores. Our skilful and talented senior kitchen team, led by our Head Chef Sue Snider, have been developing and honing our menus to deliver quality and flavour daily for almost 20 years. In addition to welcoming our regular guests and visitors, our elegant, sophisticated and versatile Conference Suites and Private Dining Facilities can accommodate a variety of events including Training Courses & Seminars, Corporate Dinners, Wedding Meals and Civil Partnership Celebrations.

The Dome offers several styles of dining in our iconic George Street building. We’re famous for our Afternoon Tea in the Georgian Tea Room and even more so for the spectacular Grill Room which has been serving classic and traditional dishes to every generation for over 20 years.

New to The Dome this year is a fabulous new small plates and sharing menu for our luxurious Club Room. Using only the best, freshest and mostly Scottish ingredients, the Club Room has its own team of four chefs based in the upstairs kitchen.

We’re looking for a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie to join the team as the Club Room success continues. You’ll be mad about fresh food, have a passion for creating beautiful looking plates and be looking to develop your skills in a small, dedicated team. You’ll have at least 2 years experience in a busy kitchen. The Dome is famous for Christmas and so anyone with holiday commitments in November or December need not apply.
